The Avalanche HD6 which includes six color channels (CMYK, Red, Green) plus white, is designed for the mass production of textile garments. Its patented dual bridge and dual pallet architecture optimizes performance in an industrial print production environment. The HD6 reduces the ink consumption by up to 30% compared to the “R-Series” version and up to 46% compared to the previous Non R-Series versions of the Avalanche Hexa. The NeoPigment Rapid ink it uses offers an improved gamut for spot and brand color matching, increased opacity, saturation of the white ink, and improved hand feel.
It's print quality is further enhanced by ColorGATE’s Professional RIP solution advancing color management and screening capabilities, improved white base creation and pre-defined color libraries for ultimate color matching.
Previous versions of the Avalanche Hexa and Avalanche 1000 are field upgradeable to the new HD versions.
